Software that creates and manages virtual devices, network infrastructure, and network services on a set of physical host devices. For VMware, this will be vCenter. For OpenStack®, this may be a combination of many components such as Nova, Neutron, or more typically Keystone. Avi Vantage can work in concert with a virtualization orchestrator to monitor traffic and create and delete Service Engines.
